Return & Exchange Policy

At Evercraft, you may open your parcel and check the items before making payment.

If the parcel contains an item different from what you ordered, please do not accept or pay for it. You can return it to the delivery rider.

If you accept your parcel and later notice that an item is broken or there is another issue with your order, contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving it so we can help.
